From Find A Way To Sing: your voice shapes every vowel with two resonances, one for how open your mouth is, one for how forward your tongue sits. Vowel Constellation listens, finds those resonances, and shows exactly where your vowel lives on the classic IPA chart, in real time. Every vowel is named with the same simple word frame (beet, bit, bait, bet, bat, but, boot), so only the vowel ever changes.

Upload a recording of your choir (or yourself). It plays through the constellation so you can watch the blend move, and a second pass maps every vowel over time and tells you what keeps happening. It hears the blend — the section's average vowel and how much it wanders — not individual singers. Cleaner takes read better: close to the choir, little room echo, no piano.
Plays out loud through the constellation; the microphone pauses meanwhile. Click the wave to jump, drag to scroll when zoomed, scroll to zoom, space to play or pause. The colored strip is the vowel the whole group was landing on at that moment. Every ▶ below jumps to that spot.
Play to the first downbeat and press “Measure 1 starts here”, tap the tempo along with the recording, and every finding is labeled by measure. MusicXML (exported from Finale, Sibelius, MuseScore or Dorico) brings pickup bars and meter changes with it. A PDF can’t be read by the app, but it opens below so you can look up any measure the findings point at.
